Following on from my last Chakra post, Crown Chakra - Our Centre of Connection, let's look at ways to connect to & balance your Crown chakra.
When our Crown Chakra is in balance -
we carry awareness of the unity of all of life
we show empathy for others as though you have stepped inside their world, regardless of background, race, creed or status, knowing that we are all united, energetically & spiritually
will have us feeling light & blissful
showing gratitude
living in the present moment
you will have the ability to live your truth, find answers within yourself & have direction and purpose in your life
you will be aware of the miracle of your own consciousness, recognise your own divinity, and be able to tap into the universal consciousness.
As the centre of devotion, trust, happiness, positivity & inspiration, the more in tune you are with your Crown, the more harmonious your life experience.
Here are a few WAYS TO CONNECT TO, & BRING BALANCE TO, YOUR CROWN CHAKRA -
MEDITATE!! - Whatever form it takes - Prayer, Rest, Self-Reflection, Silence, Mindfulness...
PRACTICE GRATITUDE & take time to notice the Divine in daily life
DEVOTION - Commit to daily spiritual practice.
BE OPEN TO DIVINE GUIDANCE coming through synchronicity. Offer up a problem, TRUST that help will come.
SELFLESS SERVICE - helping others, volunteer work
AWARENESS OF EGO flare-ups - Identify, in the moment, when you are REACTING from a place of ego, versus a place of understanding & unity.
EATING light, wholesome food. Monitored FASTING to flush out toxins.
ENERGETIC CORRESPONDENCES - Here we look at colour frequency, foods, crystals, plants/herbs, sounds that resonate with the Crown. The colours Violet or White resonate with the Crown. Oils such as Frankincense, Lemon or Sandalwood are fantastic for work on this energy centre and crystals such as Sugalite, Clear Quartz, Moonstone, Amethyst, Lepidolite, Selenite and Danburite.
Though the Crown is at the top of the head & focused on light & spirit, we are still incarnate bodies who need to keep our roots connected to Mother Earth. Our chakra systems are connected from Earth Star upwards, creating an energetic system that connects us to both the earthly and spiritual realms, for a reason. To really progress on your spiritual, or ascension, path, it’s essential to unite all your chakras & balance your entire energy body, not just one or two areas.
